Ropesail makes sure your online booking easy. Just select your destination, type of yacht, starting and ending dates and proceed to view your choice of holidays. Once you have made your selection you may add essentials such as Food & Drinks and optional extras such as Watersports, a Crew, Damage Waiver, or Travel insurance to insure the best possible holiday. Confirm these items and proceed to checkout with your credit or debit card.

Getting Started

To book online with Ropesail is very easy. There are a number of ways to begin a booking including:

Quickly supplying basic details via the ‘Check Availability’ area located in the top left of the page. 
Clicking on a specific offer from the Special Offers pages located around the site. 
Using the ‘Check Availability Tab’ located on all specific product and destination pages.

Using the Booking System

We need some basic details from you to get started with your booking. If you choose not to continue with your booking then these details are not retained.

Optional Extras

This step allows you to enhance your booking by adding a variety of extras to your holiday. Simply select the desired amount of these extras and click ‘Continue’.

Quotation

This step shows you the total amount your holiday will cost. If you’re booking a holiday with friends then you can share this quotation with them or send it to yourself. If you’re not ready to complete your booking at this stage then "Save your enquiry" will allow you to log in or create a My Ropesail account and come back later to complete your booking.

Returning Customer Login

If you are an existing Ropesail customer then you can login using either your username or client ID. If you cannot remember your password then you can request a reminder here.

New Customer Register


Please Click on the ‘Create new account’ option. The following page allows you to create a My Ropesail account by supplying all of the details required.

Already Logged in

If you are already logged in then your account details will have automatically been retrieved in order to make the booking.

Booking Confirmation

To complete your booking please provide your payment details here. Ropesail accepts payments with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. If your booking is within 60 days of departure you will be asked to pay in full. If your holiday is more than 60 days away, then you can confirm the booking with a 40% deposit. The remaining balance will be due 45 days from departure. Once the booking is completed, Ropesail will email you a booking contract and next steps guide.
You will be taken into the My Ropesail area where you can manage your booking and personal details.
